Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged DKK 300.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged DKK 400.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 25 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs DKK 150.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs DKK 195.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
